With 28 years of experience in the property industry, I am proud to be the owner of Carnabys Independent Estate Agents. I made a conscious decision to career change into Estate Agency, having previously enjoyed careers in Accountancy, Engineering, and Building. I have been driven by a passion for providing a customer focused service and a desire to assist people with their property needs.

Over many years I have expanded my knowledge and expertise to include block and residential management ensuring that properties are well-maintained, and residents are kept informed and satisfied. This avenue allows me to provide comprehensive services to my clients, further enhancing their experience, in addition to a strong foundation in sales and lettings.

Away from work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wonderful wife. We love exploring new places, enjoy dining out, socialising with good friends, and taking relaxing holidays together.

I’m a seasoned professional with 32 years of experience in estate agency, sales and lettings. Having always lived in the Mid Sussex area, I’ve developed an intimate understanding of the local property market and thrive on making the whole moving process as seamless as possible for our clients. The first 8 years of my career were with a local corporate agent where I first enjoyed working with Terry. I was delighted when he asked me to join his team when he formed Carnabys in 2001 and instantly realised that rather than the highly target driven employment basis of a corporate agent, at an independent agency I was able to offer the personal service that is paramount and to be able to build that all important rapport with clients that is so crucial. Working as part of a team is also incredibly important to me.

Away from work I am a keen gardener and enjoy travelling as well as dining out with family and friends. It is a standing joke that I am rather partial to an afternoon tea or two! I am also a big fan of musical theatre and cinema and enjoy relaxing by reading and painting.

I’m excited to be starting my journey in the property industry as an Administrative Assistant at Carnabys independent estate agents. Although I’m new to this field, my strong organizational skills have always been a cornerstone of my professional life and having always lived in the beautiful Mid Sussex area, I bring a deep understanding and appreciation of our local community to my role.

I’m here to support our team and clients with dedication and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

My extensive experience in estate agency, combined with my love for community and culture, makes me a dedicated and approachable professional. Whether you’re buying, selling, or just looking for some friendly advice, I’m here to assist you every weekend.

Outside of work, I love music, rock, soul and my latest passion country, which you might catch me enjoying in London or supporting local venues. I also love line dancing, when I’m not dancing or listening to music I enjoy reading and exploring new restaurants, savouring delicious meals with friends.
